How this directory is compiled
Inclusion requires primary provider evidence of existing motorcycle suspension servicing or rebuilding. Adjustment, retailing or replacement fitting alone is insufficient. Forks, shocks and dampers are recorded only when explicitly named. Selling a brand is not proof of servicing it. Manufacturer rebuild routes are eligible when documented.
Evidence and unknowns
We read public primary provider service pages, forms and contact information. Each card links the evidence, identifies the fields it supports, and gives its check date. Summaries are short original factual classifications. A source check establishes what a provider advertises; it does not establish workmanship, accreditation or suitability for your item.
Unknown means the checked sources did not clearly establish the fact. It does not mean the service is unavailable. Lists contain only explicitly documented examples and are not exhaustive. Conditional means an explicit restriction applies: read the card and ask the provider. Geographic groups follow the stated business location; a mail-in offer is shown separately.
Before sending or visiting
A brand or service listing does not guarantee acceptance of every model. Confirm your component, suspension system, riding use and handover directly. Electronic and sealed-unit work may be model-specific.
Confirm the exact item, work required and handover instructions directly with the provider. We do not maintain live prices, queues, booking availability or turnaround promises.
Scope and maintenance
One organisation is counted once, including businesses with multiple domains. Collection points are not counted as separate repair workshops. Manufacturer services may be included when repair work is explicit. The directory is an incomplete first edition, with no paid rankings, ratings, reviews, booking or user accounts.
No Google Maps database, reviews, photographs or competitor database has been copied. Provider names and service facts are used to identify the business and classify its public offer.
Recheck provider sources quarterly and review correction reports before editing facts. This national inventory includes 51 unique physical suspension service/rebuild providers. Several pages omit component families, serviced brands or handover. Those fields remain unknown. Electronic/ESA and sealed-shock conversion capabilities require explicit evidence; retail or locator membership alone is insufficient.
